We will treat with a warranty or without one. Which pests the warranty covers depends on the plan. Bronze is not Gold, and Gold is not Platinum. If the house has had fleas every summer, say so. If the crawl space stays damp, say that too. We would rather match the plan to the house than sell you the first name on the list.

Termites, mice, and the jobs that take longer
If you are seeing mud tubes or soft wood, that is a termite question. On a finished house we use a conventional liquid treatment or a borate wood treatment, after we have looked at the wood.
For mice, we close the holes. Cracks and crevices a half inch and bigger are the usual way in, including the gap under a door that never quite sat right. Bait stations are something you can ask about, and the rodent page shows what they look like. A technician inspects and then quotes the job. Bed bugs are a specialty visit.
