We serve Carthage from our Longview office. There is not a Bugged Out shop in Carthage, and we will not pretend there is. The company is locally owned, and for over 17 years the shop has stayed at 2111 Airline Road in Longview. When a Carthage house is on the schedule, the technician drives down from there.
Plenty of Carthage folks would rather use a Carthage-area line than the Longview office number. Either way, you get the same shop on Airline Road.
Pests we see on Carthage calls
East Texas humidity does not stop at the county line. Fire ants build along fence rows after a rain. Spiders and wasps take the porches. Scorpions turn up in garages and closets. A general pest visit treats the inside and the outside for the usual household pests:

Platinum is the plan that puts mosquito service with monthly general pest visits. The others treat mosquitoes as specialty work.
A plan, then a person at the house
You can take a warranty or skip it. The plans are Bronze, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, and the warranty is only as wide as that plan's page says. A Carthage house with a pier-and-beam crawl space needs a different look than a slab house on a dry lot. Tell us which one you have.

Termites, rodents, and the longer jobs
Finished houses get post-construction termite treatment: a conventional liquid, or borate on the wood. Both are on the termite page. We walk the house before we talk about what it needs.
Rodents usually mean a gap. We seal openings a half inch and larger, the ones under doors and around pipes, and you can ask about bait stations. The rodent page shows the stations and says the quote comes after a look at the house. For bed bugs, read the checklist first, then CrossFire or the kit if you want the product side. Honey bees should go to a beekeeper. The honey bee page names local apiaries.
Center, Gary, and Diana are on the same East Texas list as Carthage. They are written up on the Northeast Texas page, still served from Longview. Longview is where the office sits.
